1. Installation Services

Refunds for installation services are only applicable if the service has not yet been performed. Once installation is complete, services are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel a scheduled installation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund of any deposit paid.

2. Product Returns

Products purchased directly from us may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging and in new condition. A restocking fee may apply. Defective products will be replaced or refunded in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

3. Customized Solutions

Custom-ordered equipment or tailored security solutions that have been specifically configured for your premises are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
